GSP UPDATEFebruary 11, 2002The President's budget proposal includes a renewal of GSP from October 1, 2001 through September 20, 2003. While this does not mean that GSP will be renewed for this term, it does mean that the Administration officially supports a two-year extension and is willing to include two years' of "funding" for GSP in its baseline budget proposal. |
