On Dec. 21, 2006 President Bush signed H.R. 6111 the Tax Relif and Health Care act of 2006 into Law. The act includes the following:

1. Authorizes the President to grant Permanent Normal Trade Relations to Vietnam.

2. Extend GSP for Non-AGOA countires until Dec. 31, 2008

3. Extends ATPA until Juen 30, 2007

4. Adds special provisions for Haiti under CBI
