AMS DATA REQUIREMENTS

The following elements are required to be reported when filing AMS data:
  • Vessel name and voyage number
  • Name of the last foreign port
  • Carriers SCAC Code
  • Vessel ETA at U.S. Ports
  • Bill of lading numbers and quantities
  • Description and weight of cargo (description must be specific, HTS/Tariff number can be used as well)
  • Shippers full information
  • Consignee's full information
