Drawback Changes (10/01/01)

• The New York Drawback office has temporarily been relocated to the Newark Customs Office.
• Effective immediately, drawback claims will NO LONGER be accepted at the JFK office. Claims that had been submitted to this office, will be transferred to Newark office.
• If you are claiming Under 19 USC 1212 (R) (3) (A) as implemented by 19 CFR 191.51 (E) (2) it must be clearly indicated on CF 7551.
