GSP AND ATPDEA ExpirationAs previously reported, the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) and the Andean Trade Promotion and Drug Eradication ACt (ATPDEA) will be expiring at midnight on 12/31/06. At this time, imports that recieved duty free treatment under this program will have to pay the appropriate duties.Please check back often for information about renewals, refunds and filing procedures. |
