U.S. Jordan Free Trade Agreement (JFTA)Effective Dec. 17, 2001The JFTA provides for reduced / free duty rates on products imported or exported between Jordan and the U.S. These rates are available to products entered, or withdrawn from warehouse on or after December 17,2001 that meet eligibility requirements.The preferential rate is obtained through the use of the special program indicator (JO). A list of affected tariff numbers is available from the Customs website, or the Federal Register. |
