Country of Origin Marking
All finished products entering the commerce of the United States are subject to marking requirements
as set forth in 19 CFR Cp. 1 Part 134. Failure to arrange for the proper marking of your merchandise
can lead to seizures, and or high costs to have the merchandise marked at the time of entry. It is
in the importers best interest to be familiar with these requirements prior to shipping your merchandise.
If you have a specific product that may or may not need to be marked, we will assist you in obtaining a
ruling from Customs on this matter.
