Port SecurityDue to the heightened security that is a result of the terrorist acts of Sept. 11, the port security councitl of Newark / New York has determined that no foreign crew members may disembark their vessel while in port.Exceptions will be made in the event that the crew member is repatriating or for medical emergencies. |
