Remote Location Filing

Following extensive testing with U.S. Customs, Cambell & Gardiner Inc. has been approved for participation in the remote location filing prototype.

Participation affords us the opportunity to file customs entries (types 01 and 11) in most ports via electronic interface.

In order for us to arrange for customs clearance of your merchandise using RLF, the following criteria must be met:

Continuous Bond on file with U.S. Customs
Payment of Customs Fees via Automated Clearing House

Effective 3/31/05 CBP, cargo that has moved IN-BOND is eligible for clearance via Remote Location Filing.
