Labor Lock-out at West Coast Ports(5)Oct. 7, 2002Both parties ceased talks late Sunday evening. There remains to be no solution in the near future. The White House has not made any comment as to how it may assist in finding a remedy to the strike. Presently there are nearly 200 ships awaiting discharge at the striking facilities.
