Labor Lock-out at West Coast Ports(8)Possible Resolution TodayOctober 8, 2002 4:23 PM At 4 P.M today Presdent Bush ordered Atty. General Ashcroft to file the federal injunction with the courts. It is expected that the west coast ports will resume operations within the next 24 hours. This is only a temporary resolution, while the two parties meet with federal mediators.
